Even though you won't just give me a prize, you did not say that I could not give you any tips.
Stay out of the kitchen--Make him do it--That's why he bought a grill, right--You do not want to be heating up the house.....cooking anyway.
The best tips I have for married cooking is;
Prepare before hand like I know you already do, being a former Pampered Chef creator and expert. Do not dare step into the kitchen until all of your wifely and motherly duties are taken care of. You do not want the children coming into the kitchen begging for Cheetos and punch. You also don't want your lovely husband coming into the kitchen being as sweet as sugar while you are trying to cook quickly. This may not be a problem for you but it has been a huge problem for me.
Find one of those places where you can prepare weeks worth of meals for a dainty price. That's the only thing that will keep everyone on a busy schedule pleased.
Everyone has a dollar menu but you want whole food recipes.
Take a whole loaf of bread, and a whole pack of cheese, and a whole pack of turkey, dstribute all evenly and garnish with condiments. Enjoy!
Love ya,
Little Amy

Great advice! What is it about men that makes them so affectionate when you are trying to pull something out of the oven, armed with a sharp knife, or attempting to lift a boiling hot pot of pasta to drain?
You are rotten!
You have had me laughing and loving this blog since the moment I started reading!!
Love it!
