So I bought myself a new shirt.
This shirt is black with a red, gray and white colored oval pattern. It is a smooth cotton/polyester blend. It is really eye catching with a scoop neck and back. It also has a thick leather, wrap around, high waist belt.
Well I was putting on this shirt this morning and little DX says, "Hey, my teacher has a one of those" as he taps on it, "I mean a belt like that".
I said "Really? That's nice." Of course, it is the first time I am wearing something like this and I have to check myself from every angle. I am thinking that I need to put the belt higher and tighten it.
Well when I do that the end of the belt is just hanging out there. So, my back is to the bathroom door, which is open and in comes little DX, again. I am just standing there looking at this excess on this belt.
He comes from behind me, lifts up my arm and says "moma you have to do it like this" as he is tucking the excess under the back of the belt and making sure it is nicely placed to look right from the front. "Now, that's how you dood that".
Well thank you little DX I would have thrown this shirt out.
I get to work and my friend tells me how nice my new shirt is and "Did it come with the belt?".
So I told her about how little DX fixed it for me. She says "Well that is how you do it, I am sure that he has observed how his teachers wear them and so he knows."
Little DX saves the shirt.
SHHHHHH!!! Nobody tell Big Daddy about this OK?
