Beginning Homeschool

Home school has been an adventure. Grant is still not interested in reading but math has been good. We are doing Saxon Math which is a review of last year and adding on to what he has already learned. If only reading was this simple.

Gabriela is excited about learning her letters. We have started the Before Five in A Row series. She was not interested in the actual story but the added questions and the resources for lapbooks created enthusiasm. She has learned her letters A and B. Anytime she sees these letters she announces "Hey momma, LOOK, that is the letter that you telled me." I ask "What letter is this?" She then tells me the letter and I applaud her knowledge.
