One afternoon while enjoying some family time in the kitchen, Gabriela goes into an explanation of events that have occurred with the potted plants. Through all of the DRAMA I understood that she was disgusted that the plant had leaked dirty water into the pan underneath. It was an outrage (for her anyway, hilarious for us). I mean she's no Cinderella and that mess was not going to clean itself. I had to explain to her that the plant will drink the water in the pan when it is thirsty. She was fine until Grant proclaims "SHE is not smart"....... "I am".
